Annette has a degree in graphic design from the London College of Printing (now the London College of Communication, part of the University of the Arts, London) and is a qualified web designer
She started her career working in a design consultancy specialising in corporate identity work, later moving to the BBC where she worked for many years as art editor and designer on educational publications, The Radio Times, illustrated books and for the Head of Policy Management.
Annette Peppis & Associates was established in 2003. Since then, Annette has worked for a wide range of clients in both publishing and business, most recently developing a number of websites.
As a designer Annette welcomes the variety that comes with creating different types of product and in all subject areas, though she focuses primarily on illustrated non-fiction, business and educational books. She takes great pride in her work and is committed to delivering the best possible result.
Please visit the Portfolio page for a list of clients and examples of her work.
When Annette is not at her desk she can often be found underwater. She is a BSAC-qualified diving instructor and has dived in some of the most beautiful oceans in the world.
In the course of project-managing a very wide range of design commissions, Annette has worked closely with many other creative professionals, including writers, editors, artists, photographers, picture researchers, production controllers and printers. She therefore has excellent contacts in all these fields and can liaise with them on behalf of clients to whatever degree is required.
Annette also provides a complete publishing service for business owners. Please visit www.booksmeanbusiness.co.uk for more details.
